Everyone who is alive has a Life Force emanating from their physical form. In Ancient Egypt, this was known as the Ka or Double. It gains its shape from your body. The upraised arms represent when the Ka separates from your body it tends to ascend into the Heavens. Usually this happens after death, but sometimes it will do so during sleep, or what is called Astral Projection. A childhood accident can cause this anomaly, or any out-of-body experience. Reincarnates acquire a new Ka with each incarnation or new life. The Ka can remain on Earth; sometimes this will haunt any building or place where you once visited as a Ghost or until it dissolves back into energy. Your Soul or Ba can unite with the Ka to form the Spirit or Akh (Angel Form). An Akh will last forever.
A wandering Ka can temporarily take over a person during sleep. This is called Possession or is perceived of as an illness. The Ka has some memories of life.
Your Ka is your Id or Psychic Power/ Energy source. You can generate Energy for working Magic rituals or Spells by worshiping (giving energy to) Your Ka. This is accomplished by first creating a Ka Chapel, or Altar, where you can place invocation-offerings and other items. The Altar can be a table or cabinet shelf in a room. Only use it for this purpose. You can add a photograph of yourself in a frame on the Altar to serve as your Ka Statue. Nearby place an Incense holder with fragrant Incense (raw, stick or cone forms), wrapped food or bottled drinks, other offerings like soap, perfume, silk cloth, silver coins, crystal Pyramids, or written offerings. The essence of the Offerings is collected by the Ka.
Next before each Magic Spell you may pray to your Ka, and afterwards with a departing prayer. This will send energy from your Mind into your Ka. It will activate and deactivate the Spells. You may also talk to your Ka, verbally or silently, when you want an action. Do this with a firm voice and will.
