Provincial Citizenship - Micronation

"All persons who have read the original Eye of the Pharaoh, the Novel by Michael J. Costa, as published before 1999 CE, are hereby Provincial Citizens of the Country mentioned in Chapter 20 - A Pharaoh's Dream, known as the United Egyptian Imperial-Republic. This is recognized as having Dual Citizenship with the Countries of their birth or other Naturalization. (As in USA), books written by American Authors are used for granting Citizenship in USA. All Provincial Citizens are allowed to vote in the Provinces, adhere to the Code Caesar (series) of Laws, and are provided a Home in the Afterlife Dimension in Duat/Heaven by Lord Osiris himself. Taxes owed the UEIR will pay for services to the Citizenry once collected by the UEIR/M7."

I am an Author, Archaeologist (B.A. in Archaeology & Biological Anthropology, '99), Egyptian Afterlife Priest (Kheri-Heb) & a Pharaoh of Duat, visual artist, Micronationalist, and computer game modifier. I believe in reincarnation to comprehend future actions as based on past life actions, and direction in one's life. I believe my past life visits to Egypt influence and inspire me with their culture. My first publisher (1992) was a Psychologist at CSU Hayward/East Bay in California; she believed my fictional first novel was about real information, as did the US Government and NSA/CIA. When she published it she sold some $50M in as yet unpaid royalties, and when I alerted the Govt. about this, they confiscated it from her and paid me nothing, then asked a terror group (AQ) if "any American knew of their plans for global conquest" and started harassing Iran about their "Nuclear weapons" issues (Chapter 20-21). I researched Ancient Egypt prior to writing Eye of the Pharaoh (c.1990, 1995), I had read about 12 non-fiction books for that project. Content appears in the film, The Mummy Returns. The publisher died in 2020 from brain Cancer.
