Ethiopia should take the time to address the direction of the GERD Dam it is building. It will affect Sudan and Egypt to the north. The Locusts and Civil Unrest are the Gods' reaction to this building. The Gods of Egypt protect Egypt's Nile river. Although conversion to Ancient Egyptian religions are not necessary for this to stop, Ethiopia should consider its actions selflessly rather than selfishly. They never asked Egypt or Sudan (etc.) before building the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam and its impact on water resources there.
