Inertia is the Scientific word that means if something is in motion it will continue to move until interrupted by a future action. In Egyptian Magic, a spell continues until another spell interrupts it or the energy / momentum stops.
The Rain Spell Pattern repeated via Inertia. The "Weather man" on television forecast dry weather all week prior to this spell. Earthquakes, though common in CA, are also influenced by willed energy/thoughts not Climate Change. People will say "these events are naturally occurring and I didn't cause them" are thinking like Pharaoh in the Exodus story. Moses was a Kheri-Heb Priest as his Magical skill is known to Kheri-Hebs.
