How to Classify Eye of the Pharaoh?

First the book was never legally published before 1999. It was stolen. Second it was Biographical-Fiction, not a “true story” but more like “based on a true story.” In chapter 19 it is classed as “Science Fiction” because Science means knowledge, and the story itself is fictional. So when the CIA read it, they confiscated the book and classified the living Author “top secret” because some things in there are unknown to Humanity. But if you classify the book as “religion” this is acceptable. Especially since it began with the first chapter called “Genesis”, it identified the main character with a form of Ptah (The Ancient Egyptian Creator) and King Nebkheperura (Tutankhamon), and mentioned Jesus Christ (the Traitor). There are events in the book that did transpire. Tutankhamon was indeed a “Warrior Pharaoh” not some “weakling.” His Mortuary Temple was a War Memorial to his Foreign Conquests. “Religions” have civil rights. The proceeds of the book are currently property of the USA Govt. until they declassify the author (hopefully in my lifetime). My neighbors (from chapter 18) already know about that. So the book is not completely fictional, not entirely true, and may be a modern attempt at an Egyptian belief system.

I believe in reincarnation to comprehend future actions as based on past life actions, and direction in one's life. I believe my past life visits to Egypt influence and inspire me with their culture. My first publisher (1992) was a Psychologist at CSU Hayward/East Bay in California; she believed my fictional first novel was about real information, as did the US Government and NSA/CIA. When she published it she sold some $50M in as yet unpaid royalties, and when I alerted the Govt. about this, they confiscated it from her and paid me nothing, then asked a terror group (AQ) if "any American knew of their plans for global conquest" and started harassing Iran about their "Nuclear weapons" issues (Chapter 20-21). I researched Ancient Egypt prior to writing Eye of the Pharaoh (c.1990, 1995), I had read about 12 non-fiction books for that project. Content appears in the film, The Mummy Returns. The publisher died in 2020 from brain Cancer.
