it does not specify Near/Middle/East/Far-East).

The 9 Bows also affects Ethiopia.

Nubia/Sudan are Black-African in region. Nubians had gold mines, so they were named after the Egyptian word for gold "Nub." Nubia is currently under Lake Nasser.

Persia is modern Iran.

The purpose of this Spell is to maintain (Ancient) Egypt's borders and to repel other attacks.  You do not need to read it. The spell is for reference mostly.
