Tefnut is the (Ancient) Egyptian Goddess of Moisture.
This means she causes water-related conditions when her name is mentioned (prayed to):
Such as Fog, Mist, Dew, Rain, Floods, Mudslides, Snow, Hail, Sleet, Icy weather, or Cold Fronts.
California is in a Drought for a number of reasons -- too many people consuming water, companies (Nestle) using water for their Agricultural businesses, people watering their lawns, swimming pools, hot tubs, half-hour showers, and Not Enough Rain. So if you worship Tefnut, and there is Fog, don't worry -- it worked. Also because my main Deity is Amon-Ra the God of Wind and Sunlight, who also influences the Economy and Wealth.
