Recycling the USA Deficit

Debt-based Currency
or
"Recycling Dollars"

When you buy (trade) a Debt-note, you are buying someone's debt, thus paying for it with your hard currency. This is similar to a Recycling Company buying trash from poor nations to Recycle it into useful items.

Perhaps the USA Federal Government can trade Debt-notes to clean up its $17 Trillion of Debt before there is any chance of, or to prevent "economic collapse" or a "weakened Dollar?"

My first publisher (1992) was a Psychologist at CSU Hayward/East Bay in California; she believed my fictional first novel was about real information, as did the US Government and NSA/CIA. When she published it she sold some $50M in as yet unpaid royalties, and when I alerted the Govt. about this, they confiscated it from her and paid me nothing, then asked a terror group (AQ) if "any American knew of their plans for global conquest" and started harassing Iran about their "Nuclear weapons" issues (Chapter 20-21). I researched Ancient Egypt prior to writing Eye of the Pharaoh (c.1990, 1995), I had read about 12 non-fiction books for that project. Content appears in the film, The Mummy Returns. The publisher died in 2020 from brain Cancer.
