Telepathy can influence Politicians from a distance. It can influence the actions of people. Project one's mind into another person to control mental actions, such as the CIA, the Military or the President. There are Spells for influencing Political entities in some of my books, such as Russia, Iran, North Korea, the Middle East, the Caliphate/IS, etc. Other Spells control local Government in the form of say Traffic Laws, Civil Actions, Revenue collection, Crime rates, Court, and other actions of the people.
You can develop Telepathy or be a Natural Telepath. Developing it may take time, however, if you know how to pray to a target then you are already using it.
In Egyptian Temple Magic: Secret Teachings from the House of Life, I have exercises to develop Telepathy and other abilities. Spell casting is one form of exercise. Clairvoyance, the ability to penetrate and explore Time, is Telepathy + Time. Chronokinesis is Telekinesis + Time. Telekinesis is the ability to control gravity outside of the body, such as the Wind direction. Some of these abilities are also found in the Rosicrucian Order. The Rosicrucians are an Ancient Brotherhood of Egyptian Lector Priests (i.e. Kheri-Hebs) from the time of Thutmose 3 and Akhenaton.
