 A simple trick for using Mental Remote Viewing with a telephone:

1. Listen to the background noise in any telephone call where a caller does not say anything.

2. Wait a few seconds. Mentally photograph whatever images come to mind for review later (if you have photographic memory - MC).

3. Listen to the background noise and slowly develop images.  Also focus on the receiver and visualize the unknown caller. 

4. Draw or write down your experiences.  

5. If you can visualize the caller, say their name to cause the potential stalker to freak out.
