Covid19 relief involved excessive hand washing, which uses water and Soap (which is made with water). California and the Western USA were hit by Covid19 and a Drought at the same time period. Not everything is blamed on Egyptian Magic or Divine Will. Too many swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Gym Steam Rooms, hotel resorts, irrigation for agricultural companies, etc. Also people read this from other States. LMAO.
