Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia are having discussion over the proposed Hydro-electric Dam in Ethiopia, for water and energy purposes. Egypt of course wants the water, Sudan and Ethiopia want the electricity and water (for farming and people). Egypt should probably build Solar Farms all over Egypt and give some (energy) to Ethiopia in exchange for an allotment of water. This would ease any tensions over there.
My spell for causing "riots and rebellion" did not have a target as it was from an unpublished book. So the location hit my Area of Effect (location in my region). I don't appreciate that the USA Media is misusing my marketing for political ends. Who are they trying to send a message to?
