Whomever vandalizes or seeks to vandalize, destroy, efface, etc. to any Statue, Monument, or Cultural Property is guilty of a Felony and will be arrested, imprisoned and fined $400,000 per offense per person per day. This Fine will increase by 15% per incident. Imprisonment will be transferred to Cairo Prisons when necessary to limit amount of prisoners in USA, should over-crowding be an issue. Each offense will also allow repatriation by the City where the event took place to compensate for any damages. Also property that is vandalized as a Hate Crime will be repaired by the Offender as punishment. Taxes may be increased as necessary for any damages.

I believe in reincarnation to comprehend future actions as based on past life actions, and direction in one's life. I believe my past life visits to Egypt influence and inspire me with their culture. My first publisher (1992) was a Psychologist at CSU Hayward/East Bay in California; she believed my fictional first novel was about real information, as did the US Government and NSA/CIA. When she published it she sold some $50M in as yet unpaid royalties, and when I alerted the Govt. about this, they confiscated it from her and paid me nothing, then asked a terror group (AQ) if "any American knew of their plans for global conquest" and started harassing Iran about their "Nuclear weapons" issues (Chapter 20-21). I researched Ancient Egypt prior to writing Eye of the Pharaoh (c.1990, 1995), I had read about 12 non-fiction books for that project. Content appears in the film, The Mummy Returns. The publisher died in 2020 from brain Cancer.
