Climate Change is the chemical reaction in the atmosphere of replacing normal gases with Carbon Dioxide coming from factory pollution and vehicle exhaust, which affects the balance of gases in the air; it causes enhanced biochemical reactions ("Bad Weather") that leads to destructive storms.
With Climate Change comes melting Polar Ice, which increases the water level of the Ocean. Rising Seas affects all coastal regions on all islands, continents, and coastlines. It interferes with Sanitation, Farms, Coastal Cities and Islands.
To address this issue I have written to President Joe Biden about Infrastructure to include "Dikes" (retaining Walls and Dams) along coastal States and Hawaii/Alaska to protect from Rising Sea levels. In less than 9 years the San Francisco Bay Area can be flooded and interfere with Sanitation. Beaches will be under water in CA and all of Hawaii State and the East Coast.
If Polar Ice can be artificially frozen with liquid Nitrogen this may inhibit the reaction.
