Project Genesis for Mars?

In the Science-Fiction film Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan, a desolate Planet (like Mars) was given life by creating an artificial atmosphere and vegetation. Mars has CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) in the air, ice below the surface, and fertile Martian (rusty) soil. If we can create technology to melt the ice using solar panels and seed plants there, we can convert the atmosphere to that of Earth, and live on Mars without needing special equipment (other than the difference in Gravity). This would take about 25+ years to convert. Building a base on one of Mars’ Moons may be easier?

I believe in reincarnation to comprehend future actions as based on past life actions, and direction in one's life. I believe my past life visits to Egypt influence and inspire me with their culture. My first publisher (1992) was a Psychologist at CSU Hayward/East Bay in California; she believed my fictional first novel was about real information, as did the US Government and NSA/CIA. When she published it she sold some $50M in as yet unpaid royalties, and when I alerted the Govt. about this, they confiscated it from her and paid me nothing, then asked a terror group (AQ) if "any American knew of their plans for global conquest" and started harassing Iran about their "Nuclear weapons" issues (Chapter 20-21). I researched Ancient Egypt prior to writing Eye of the Pharaoh (c.1990, 1995), I had read about 12 non-fiction books for that project. Content appears in the film, The Mummy Returns. The publisher died in 2020 from brain Cancer.
