If Pres. Biden believes Russian Pres. Vladimir Putin is a "Killer" is this because Putin orders the death of his competition, or because he boasts new Nuclear Weapons and wants War with NATO over Bosnia joining it?
Russia needs to work on its Public Relations Bureau.
Pres. Biden also needs to work on his rhetoric in the presence of a hostile Nuclear Power.
The World can be peaceful and happy. Sending the World's Nuclear Weapons (as suggested once by Kal-El) may cause the Sun to either go Supernova or turn into a "black hole in Outer Space."
Who wants that?
