Plutocracy vs. Autocracy or Democracy...

Plutocracy: Where the Wealthy and Affluent Govern

A Plutocracy is a form of Government where the wealthy and affluent govern the people. In this Govt. there are No Citizen Income Taxes, allowing the people to retain their earned money. This prevents poverty and homelessness. Industrial Taxes are 15% of all profits. Sales Tax is 5% of all public sales. Exports are taxed at 5% of value. The Wealth Cap (Tax) is set at $10Billion; anything over that allows the businessmen to retire and work for the Government as an officer. All Government officers work as Volunteers, so no money is influential (prevents bribes or corruption). Surplus revenue is given to the Treasury, automatically. Currency value is based either on prosperity or happiness of the citizens. Govt. work is motivation for labor, and there is a Business Morality Code for workers that prevent crimes.

Lanai Island in Hawaii is governed by the CEO of Oracle, Larry Ellison.

Farmland in USA purchased by Microsoft Founder, Bill Gates.

If Amazon Founder, Jeff Bezos, wanted to he could invest in real estate instead of Space Tourism, or build something on the Moon, like a Politically Neutral Moon Colony, or artificial islands in the Ocean as Civilization. He could also buy the International Space Station rather than watch it fall into abandonment by the USA and Russia, making it into a Space Colony or Hotel for Space Tourism.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s latest purchase of Twitter can forge it into an online Civilization rather than a mere social media company.

Facebook/Meta’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg could fashion the Metaverse into an online, Virtual Reality Civilization.

A Plutocracy is a solution to a decaying Democracy like USA. By removal of Citizen Income Taxes, the people keep their earnings, causing them to increase their status. The Wealth Cap of $10Billion USD prevents over-spending as anything exceeding the amount automatically goes to the Plutocracy Govt. The Govt. is run by Volunteers who reached the threshold of Billionaire class, so are not influenced by money or greed or corruption. Taxes go directly to the areas where funding is needed, not to Politicians. There is no poverty or homelessness (except by choice). The social classes are Middle Class and Wealthy. The Wealth Cap also prevents reckless spending and funds the Govt. Billionaires who reach the Wealth Cap level may retire from their work and become an officer of the Plutocracy Govt. The Plutocracy has a moral code to guide the Govt., not as a religious oath. It also has written laws, though probably less than a Democracy.

Navigating among Negative Online Reviews by Liars in the 21^st Century

Everyone who is an Author or Musician or some other public figure experiences deliberate Negative Reviews on the Internet. These people who give NR are usually either angry at the person whom it is directed against, or want to vent against a faulty product. Then there is the Internet Troll, who will buy your product (if by doing so enables them to give a review or rating; the Rich Troll) or say things without buying it (The Poor Troll). The Internet Troll suspects a product will be a Best-Seller and so wants to Sabotage it before this happens. Or they do so for their amusement. Most give 1 or 2 stars, with or without an explanation that isn’t Libelous. They don’t want to risk being arrested.

Sometimes the Parent Company allowing this poor example of Free Speech will remove the libel on command. Other times they keep it there, not aware it is fiction. Poor ratings mean less revenue for the Parent Company. Some Authors or Musicians subsist off their products, while others have this as passive income. Trolls are envious of the talent or intellect of the product that their limited intelligence level cannot fathom, and want a product that is easier to digest in 100 pages. Some Trolls want to believe they are better than the Author or Musician by giving a hostile Negative Review with 5 Stars. Who reads reviews? If everyone buys it then it must be popular. If people rely on one review, and it is negative, then no one will buy it. Do the Trolls seek to communicate with the Author or Musician in lieu of this Libelous display of psychotic affection? Some Trolls are Cyber Stalkers, and buy each product giving it One Star each. Then they recycle it or try to sell it for a higher premium.

Excerpt:

     Thousands of years ago, you lived in a land called Kemtawy (The Dark Lands of the Two States). The life-giving Nile River would flood each year, offering fertile black mud along the riverbanks, ready to farm. Through a system of irrigation and cultivation, Kemtawy produced grain and other crops for the people. The produce was stored in large ceramic containers called Granaries, which existed in Temples, Farms, and Palaces. The Temples contained libraries, schools, theaters, Court rooms, and offices as multipurpose buildings.
   You were recently admitted to the Temple after your fifth birthday, on advice from your parents. One of your best friends is Nakht, a son of a Scribe. He recommends the Scribe education, but there are still others to choose from.

        The five listed occupations are displayed on a stone stele, written in Hieratic Script:
   First: Lector Priest, or reader of the holy books. They are usually well-paid.
   Second: Scribe, or copyist, a general occupation for the Middle Class.
   Third: Soldier, a Military occupation. The pay is meager, unless you find loot in enemy lands.
   Fourth: Artisan, a craftsman. Pay is adequate.
   Fifth: A Farmer; usually paid in bread and beer.

Domed City Biospheres: a Solution to Climate Change?

Self-contained Ecosystems have their own interior weather or climate. These are covered by a glass exterior or dome, built to create an artificial atmosphere in regions like Deserts, other Planets, or the Moon. If created to offset extreme weather in the exterior, the ecosystems are protected. The glass domes can be tinted to deflect extreme temperatures from sunlight, and made with solar-absorption Solar Panels for energy. Entrances to the Biospheres are in covered glass tunnels linking each Domed City.

I first suggested this concept in Chapter 21 of Eye of the Pharaoh ©1990-1995. In that chapter, the Domed Cities were constructed of Diamond Glass, which can deflect Nuclear Weapons. This would be paid for by Infrastructure funding.

With Domed Cities the air is recirculated or fresh with growing vegetation and plants. The outside air or temperature is separate from the contained Ecosystem. With Global Warming (Climate Change) continuing, the World needs protected Ecosystems such as Biospheres in Domed Cities. Rain water can be collected from the Dome along the exterior channels, and created artificially inside the Domed Biosphere. The Biosphere project that already exists has its own Rain Forest.

I believe in reincarnation to comprehend future actions as based on past life actions, and direction in one's life. I believe my past life visits to Egypt influence and inspire me with their culture. My first publisher (1992) was a Psychologist at CSU Hayward/East Bay in California; she believed my fictional first novel was about real information, as did the US Government and NSA/CIA. When she published it she sold some $50M in as yet unpaid royalties, and when I alerted the Govt. about this, they confiscated it from her and paid me nothing, then asked a terror group (AQ) if "any American knew of their plans for global conquest" and started harassing Iran about their "Nuclear weapons" issues (Chapter 20-21). I researched Ancient Egypt prior to writing Eye of the Pharaoh (c.1990, 1995), I had read about 12 non-fiction books for that project. Content appears in the film, The Mummy Returns. The publisher died in 2020 from brain Cancer.
