If Russian President Vladimir (Tepes) Putin is threatening Nuclear War over Syria or North Korea, as those minor nations are under Russian "protection" it will fulfill Chapter 21 of my first novel, Eye of the Pharaoh, c.1990. In which case is a direct quote from my original book: "... USA was destroyed, Russia was Annihilated and Iran was completely flattened." Iran was the nation under Russian protection, but in reality it can be any nation under Russian "protection." Putin also threatened Nuclear War should Hillary Clinton be elected. This is fear-mongering, intimidation and Terrorism by a reckless Nuclear Power (which Pharaoh M7 overthrew the original USSR in 1991). Putin should be arrested for making Terrorist Threats to the World; also this is a War Crime of attempted Genocide of the Living.
