Psychiatry is not always correct. Psychiatry (A Medical religion) wants to indoctrinate "normal people" into accepting their theories about conditions; it also wants to make money by Misdiagnosis of alleged illnesses via brain-washing society. It believes that anything regarded as Religious or Supernatural is a Mental Illness, because Psychiatry is an adversary of religion/Paranormal for competing beliefs in control of society. If enough people accept the lies of Psychiatry, they will control the World's belief systems for World Domination. Atheists like that as most Psychiatrists are in fact Atheists.
Now if a person practices Magic and they summon a spirit or entity, wait a week, then start to notice differences in their environment - hearing or seeing things "that Psychiatry does not accept" are called "Hallucinations" by the Doctors. Because Doctors do not accept Magic or the Paranormal, they will say you are Mentally Ill. If you believe this political camel dung then you are stupid! You summoned a Spirit and once you have a reaction (the Spirit you summoned visits you) then they call this an "illness"? Where is the Science in that?
Doctors will then "medicate" you as punishment for believing in things contrary to their accepted doctrines. The medicine as they call it are a Torture Chamber in a Pill. Then later as you accept this falsehood, they give you medicine that does not have many side-effects or actual working effects (Placebo).
Psychic Development occurs when you ignore Psychiatry or fake a reaction from the treatment (or "go along with what they say") and practice Magic in secret. This develops the Will Center in the Mind/Ka Spirit by willing events, summoning Spirits, resurrecting the dead in a local Morgue via Telepathy, healing (or causing) illness, creating Weather Anomalies or Earthquakes, communication with dead souls, Astral Travel to People or Duat, projecting thoughts into the Environment, or other Paranormal effects. Doctors are also against "thought projection" and know almost nothing about Telepathy other than "mind-reading" out of sheer ignorance. They don't study it, so they don't comprehend the situation of their Patients.
In 1993 my Telepathy became Audio Telepathy - meaning (according to the USA Media) about "300 Million people all could hear me think" - all became Mentally Ill at once - which is impossible. The USA Govt. classified me top secret to prevent others from wondering about this. This is called Project Telepsi (Duatian Technology left over from Ancient Atlantis, the non-human civilization destroyed in Nuclear War with Alien UFOs). I modified it prior to birth to prevent everyone from hearing me. It has a Genetic element in my Custom DNA that is not inherited to children (except via cloning; but there is a law against cloning in USA). Apparently "Mental Broadcasting" is a known element in Mental Illness; I researched Human Psychiatry prior to incarnation. Actress Marilyn Monroe's mother had Mental Illness when I was JFK, so I think I wanted to experience that in my future incarnation. JFK also wanted to explore Psychic abilities. The Psychic who saw JFK's exit in 1963 also saw my current incarnation as the reborn Tutankhamon Nebkheperura (Psychic: Jeane Dixon). She said I would "make a new Christianity" (Eye of the Pharaoh, c.1990). Her vision occurred in 1962, a decade before my rebirth. There is no "off switch" for Telepsi except not thinking about me; as I can hear people talk about me when they are thinking of me. This is like a vision except as audio. If you can hear me go buy my books as evidence.
