People who "cancel out" famous or normal people from Society should be Cancelled out themselves.
Who gave them this ability? No one. Do they believe this is some form of power over others?
There is a place in the Universe for this -- it's called the Abyss. It is straight down into the Core, steaming with lava and damned Souls who failed the Judgement before Osiris (S7).
