How to cope with Stressful Situations

One – Write down your problems on an Internet Web Log (Blog).

Two – Let it simmer for a few days, maybe people will read it and gossip?

Three – Delete the Blog Post and anything related to the post.

Four – Problem is solved.  All Gossip about it ceases. 

I have been performing this process the last 2 ½ years since the Pandemic as my Doctors now prefer Distance Communication or Zoom meetings over physical visits.  My problems relate to public opinion based on gossip from Fame.  So this process works as it tackles the information to its source.  Prior to the Pandemic I had group and individual therapy, and I attended a local Gym.  Writing about one’s problems is therapy.   Deleting it later resolves the problem.  If you have noticed this, don’t worry.  Calling someone with an illness “crazy” or “nuts” is a social slur or insult, a form of Mental Discrimination punishable by a Fine of $1000 per count.
