Pirates of the Caribbean actor Tamayo Perry has died after being attacked by a shark while surfing in Hawaii. The 49-year-old died on Sunday afternoon, Honolulu's emergency services confirmed in a press conference. Emergency services were called to Malaekahana Beach at around 13:00 local time. But Perry, who was also a lifeguard, was pronounced dead by paramedics after being brought to shore by jet ski.

Actor and former wrestler Taylor Wily, known for his memorable role as Kamekona Tupuola in crime dramas Hawaii Five-0 and Magnum P.I., has passed away at the age of 56.

The Hawaii-born star died on Thursday, June 20, according to a local KITV Island News reporter who also described Wily as a close family friend.

My first publisher (1992) was a Psychologist at CSU Hayward/East Bay in California; she believed my fictional first novel was about real information, as did the US Government and NSA/CIA. When she published it she sold some $50M in as yet unpaid royalties, and when I alerted the Govt. about this, they confiscated it from her and paid me nothing, then asked a terror group (AQ) if "any American knew of their plans for global conquest" and started harassing Iran about their "Nuclear weapons" issues (Chapter 20-21). I researched Ancient Egypt prior to writing Eye of the Pharaoh (c.1990, 1995), I had read about 12 non-fiction books for that project. Content appears in the film, The Mummy Returns. The publisher died in 2020 from brain Cancer.
