It seems if enough people read the same book (Eye of the Pharaoh) the events influence Time, and events on Earth are motivated by them...
USA "doesn't want war with Iran." In EOTP "USA, Russia and Iran have nuclear war." In reality, USSR (Russia) fell the same year the book was first read (Christmas 1991), in 2019 "Russia" is "destroying USA," by interference in elections and Government, but nothing nuclear (yet). Iran is in the news blamed for "destroying parts of Saudi Arabia's oil fields with Drones" prompting a military response from USA. Go read my Effective Egyptian Magic or other related (safer) books. Then I cannot be blamed for that.... Money spells work every time someone sells illegal bootlegged copies of Eye on the International Black Market; the Gods cannot tell the difference.
