Casting an Attraction Spell will cause items to find their way to you via influencing the Future Time. Attracting Money will draw to you: coins, errors in receipts (in your favor, as in shopping receipts), people to drop their wallets in your presence, donations, free offers, add to book or music sales (if you're an Author/Musician), Stock values, Prosperity in Business, Casino wins, lottery amounts (whether or not you actually win), etc.
Attracting Friends - attracts people to you who will "want to be your friend."
It all depends on how this is written and interpreted.
