North Korea is a Nuclear Power susceptible to a Higher Power's range of influence.

Russia can be too. It just takes a little bit of Chronokinetic Energy and focused willpower.

Now USSR and CIA both "studied the effects of Psychic Warfare during the first Cold War era," but lost it to another hidden Power. Mostly they studied Telepathy and Remote Viewing, a form of a combination of abilities like Telepathy, Astral Projection, and Clairvoyance. USSR was overthrown by M7 in 1991 after Christmas, as was Indonesia's Tsunami after Christmas in 2004 and after Easter in 2005 (Gods don't work on holidays).

Washington DC never had Earthquakes before M7. Some hit the Capitol and Washington Monument. Moscow can be a target for Natural Disasters caused by Psychic Warfare agents. It's all a matter of Time....

I believe in reincarnation to comprehend future actions as based on past life actions, and direction in one's life. I believe my past life visits to Egypt influence and inspire me with their culture. My first publisher (1992) was a Psychologist at CSU Hayward/East Bay in California; she believed my fictional first novel was about real information, as did the US Government and NSA/CIA. When she published it she sold some $50M in as yet unpaid royalties, and when I alerted the Govt. about this, they confiscated it from her and paid me nothing, then asked a terror group (AQ) if "any American knew of their plans for global conquest" and started harassing Iran about their "Nuclear weapons" issues (Chapter 20-21). I researched Ancient Egypt prior to writing Eye of the Pharaoh (c.1990, 1995), I had read about 12 non-fiction books for that project. Content appears in the film, The Mummy Returns. The publisher died in 2020 from brain Cancer.
