On Area of Effect in Egyptian Magic

If read in the location of the audience, the effect will activate there. So if people read my spell for causing Rain in the East Coast USA, there is rain in that location regardless that it was designed for California/West USA. If people read the spell for causing “Rivers to turn into blood” color in Russia, then Russian rivers are red colored (from chemical waste). Unless the spell specifically targets a location (“Russian Economy to have economic recessions”) the spell will act in the location of its audience.
