'King me.'

If you play the board game "Checkers" when your playing chip reaches the Other Side, they crown you a King. So... Osiris is King on the Other Side.

Doesn't this become something to look forward to in place of lamentation?

RIP - Kobe, Pete Stark, and others now crowned in the glory of Eternal Life on the Other Side. Although if you play the Egyptian Board Game, SENET, if your piece goes off the board you are in the Afterlife. I was actually crowned myself when I prematurely reached the Other Side at age 3. I believe in reincarnation to comprehend future actions as based on past life actions, and direction in one's life. I believe my past life visits to Egypt influence and inspire me with their culture. My first publisher (1992) was a Psychologist at CSU Hayward/East Bay in California; she believed my fictional first novel was about real information, as did the US Government and NSA/CIA. When she published it she sold some $50M in as yet unpaid royalties, and when I alerted the Govt. about this, they confiscated it from her and paid me nothing, then asked a terror group (AQ) if "any American knew of their plans for global conquest" and started harassing Iran about their "Nuclear weapons" issues (Chapter 20-21). I researched Ancient Egypt prior to writing Eye of the Pharaoh (c.1990, 1995), I had read about 12 non-fiction books for that project. Content appears in the film, The Mummy Returns. The publisher died in 2020 from brain Cancer.
