'Kings of the Streets'

What if every Major City in USA had purchased old hotels or motels for housing the homeless?

Add Medical Outpatient Services/Psychiatry, Dental, Job Training/Employment Counseling, Libraries/Education Services/Internet, Storage, Solar Cells, Water Cisterns, Security, Retail Stores, a Cafe, Entertainment, Janitors/Maid services, Clean Bathrooms, a Pharmacy, a Market, Religious Services, and other elements of Housing via a State-run Charity using revenue from State and Interstate Lotteries/Corporation Tax Credits/Surplus Budgets.

Some already exist, but we need more.

We don't need to 'tax the rich' since Charities were once part of Religious Institutions/Churches that are presently Tax-Exempt.  So 'tax the Churches' for something that they should already be doing.

Then the homeless will be 'Kings of the Streets' with their 'Thrones within Homes.'
